Where do you ship to?
At the moment, we ship all across Canada and the United States.
How much is shipping?
Shipping to Canada is a flat-rate $15 CAD. We offer FREE shipping within Canada on all orders over $180 CAD.
Shipping to the USA is a flat-rate $20 CAD. We offer FREE shipping to the USA on all orders over $225 CAD.
Optional insurance is offered during checkout as well. You can insure your package up to $300 CAD for an extra $3 or up to $500 CAD for an extra $5. The insurance is offered through ClickShip/Freightcom. Customers are responsible for submitting their own claims should the need arise. We will assist you as much as we can with the claims process.
If you do not add insurance to your package, you are accepting full responsibility for any lost/damaged items that occur while in transit.
Do you offer local pick-up?
Yes! If you don't want to pay for shipping and you're located in the Windsor-Essex area, you can pick up your order directly from us in LaSalle, Ontario. Because we don't have a storefront yet, you'll be picking up from a residential address. There is a contactless pick-up box where orders will be picked up from. Once your order is ready for pick-up, you'll receive an email with the address and instructions for picking up your order!
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes! We offer free local delivery to certain postal codes in Windsor and LaSalle on orders over $50.00. Orders under $50 are $5.00 for delivery. We also offer delivery to other local postal codes, including Tecumseh, Amherstburg, and parts of Essex. The fee for these areas is only $5.00 and the order must be over $20.00. The deliveries are made once a week on Saturday afternoons (12pm-4pm), so your order must be in by 10 PM on Friday in order to be included in the Saturday delivery. All deliveries will be contactless for the safety of everyone involved, so your order will be placed by your front door or in a mailbox. Please be home on the day of delivery to ensure your package isn't lost or stolen. Like any company, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered.
What is an "open box" and how does it work?
Once you place an order on the website (or claim items during a live sale), you can choose to either: pick up your order, have your order delivered locally, have your order shipped, or hold your items in an "open box". An "open box" is basically an order hold system so that you can save on shipping.
After you pay for your items and request an open box, your items will be held in a box here in the shop. You can continue to purchase more and add more items to your open box as many times as you'd like. There is no time limit for how long your box can remain open.
Once your box totals over $180 (for Canadian orders) or $225 (for US orders), your order will qualify for free shipping and we will ship your order out at that time.
If you have an open box and would like us to ship your order sooner than the free shipping minimum (meaning you have not reached over $180/$225 yet), just send us an email and we'll send you an invoice for the flat-rate shipping amount. Once that's paid, we'll ship everything in your box to you.
Please note that open box orders may not be returned, cancelled, or refunded while they are still "open". Returns may only be processed after the items have been received by you and in accordance with our return policies.

What about customs fees/duties?
Customers are responsible for their own customs fees/duties incurred.

We ship from LaSalle, Ontario!
How long does it take to ship my order?
We strive to ship orders as fast as possible, but please give us between 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed to ship out your order.
If payment is made through PayBright, your package will not be processed and shipped until after 48 hours. This is to comply with PayBright's 48 hour fraud prevention window. After 48 hours have passed, or once the transaction has been cleared by the PayBright team, your order will be shipped. Therefore, orders paid with a PayBright payment plan may take up to 5 business days to ship.
What currency are your prices in?
All of our prices are set to CAD (Canadian dollars).
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Interac, PayPal, Klarna, and PayBright payment plans.

The Wandering Fox Emporium gift cards (referred to as "gift cards") may be presented as payment towards the purchase of The Wandering Fox Emporium merchandise on our website. Gift cards have no redeemable value until purchased and activated and they cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash. Gift card orders cannot be cancelled or returned and gift cards are non-refundable. Use of gift cards is subject to these terms and conditions governing its use, which may be amended by The Wandering Fox Emporium from time to time in its discretion. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced. To check a gift card balance, please send an email to: contact@thewanderingfoxemporium and inquire.
Gift cards have no implied warranties and are not a credit or debit card. The Wandering Fox Empoirum makes no warranties, either express or implied, with respect to gift cards, including, without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Purchases will be deducted from gift cards until the value reaches zero. Gift cards are not reloadable. Gift cards do not expire and no dormancy fees will be charged.
Resale of gift cards or use for unauthorized advertising, marketing, sweepstakes or other promotional purposes is strictly prohibited.s
Gift Card purchases are not counted in the Reward Program. The purchase of a gift card does not earn any points in the Reward Program. Points may only be earned through purchases made with a gift card.
How can I enrol in your reward program?
You will automatically be enrolled in our reward program when you create an account here on the website. If you check out as a guest, this will not enrol you in the program. Please remember to sign into your account before completing purchases so that you can earn Kit Coins!
What are Kit Coins?
Kit Coins are the "points" you can earn through our reward program. These Kit Coins can be exchanged for vouchers that can take $3, $5, $10, $15, or even $20 off of your purchase!
How can I earn Kit Coins?
Kit Coins are currently earned three ways:
1. You will earn 250 Kit Coins when you create a new account and enrol in the rewards program.
2. You can earn 5 Kit Coins for every dollar spent through the website! Please remember to sign into your account before completing purchases so that you can earn Kit Coins! Purchases that are made outside of the website (for example, at markets/fairs, through Facebook, or through private messaging/emails do NOT earn Kit Coins for purchases. Purchases must be made and paid for through the website in order to earn Kit Coins. (For clarification - live sale invoices that are paid through the website WILL earn Kit Coins.)
3. You can earn 20 Kit Coins every week for simply visiting the website and signing in! These points are automatically added to your account. There is a cap of 20 Kit Coins per week on this, so if you visit the website three times in one week, you will still only earn 20 Kit Coins. The counter will reset after one week and you will be able to earn 20 Kit Coins the following week if you visit the website again.
