This lucky cat carving is so cute! This lucky cat is carved from reconstituted tagua nut (otherwise known as ivory nut for its ability to replace real ivory as a sustainable carving material). It is approximately 6cm tall and weighs approximately 65g. This listing is for one (1) lucky cat. It may or may not be the exact one pictured.

Vegetable ivory or tagua nut is a product made from the very hard white endosperm of the seeds of certain palm trees. It's known as the “vegan ivory” because it is a sustainable (and humane) carving alternative to real ivory.

The lucky cat comes from Japanese culture, and it is symbolic of good luck, prosperity, and wealth. If the right paw is up, it is beckoning wealth and good fortune inside your home. If the left paw is up, it is beckoning customers into your business or store. If both paws are up, it is beckoning protection. This cat has its right paw up, so it is beckoning wealth and good fortune. Place this item in your home, preferably facing a door or window to beckon wealth and good fortune inside your home.

Please see the pictures and/or video of each listing to view the item's condition. Please note that due to the nature of crystals/stones, each one may have slight imperfections, including on carved pieces.
