These bracelets are approximately 16.5cm/6.5" on the inside and should be able to stretch to 18-19cm/7-7.5" to put them over your hand. These bracelets have a slight stretch to them, but DO NOT overstretch them or they will break.

Shungite is a black, lustrous, non-crystalline mineraloid consisting of more than 98 weight percent of carbon. It was first described from a deposit near Shunga village, in Karelia, Russia, from where it gets its name. Shungite has been touted for many of its purported benefits: as a protector from EMFs (electromagnetic fields), to purify water, to help ground you, or to detoxify your aura and/or body.
